Synopsis for "You Can Take the Man Out of the Super, But You Can't Take the Super Out of the Boy!"

Lex Luthor has beaten the less-experienced Superboy, and leaves him humiliated; remembering how it was Superboy that failed him in Smallville, long ago. Superboy seeks out allies Batboy and the Young Flash to battle Luthor; who appears to disintegrate the teenaged Leaguers.

Luthor prepares to destroy Superboy, but the Boy of Steel realizes that it's a hoax. The spell of super-hypnosis is broken, and Superman knocks-out Luthor easily.
