Synopsis for "The Red Dart's Deadly Arts!"
The Red Dart tries to assassinate Green Arrow with a booby trap at a speaking engagement in Dallas, but fails because the Atom shows up instead. The Tiny Titan teams with Air Wave (who happened to be in the audience) to capture the villain, but, when he tries to beam up to the JLA satellite, is yanked away by another teleportation beam.
