Synopsis for Green Lantern: "Mind Over Matter"

Green Lantern, under the influence of Mind Games, tries to kill detective Rensaleer. The policeman stands his ground against his aggressor, and, unable to use his ring, Mind Games lets go of Hal's body. Both find out the clue they were looking for (the note signed by Mind Games) was peed by a dog during their fight.

Back inside police HQ, they see Mind Games taking over the TV signals and demanding 500.000 dollar. To prove he means business, he activates his mind-controlling machine, turning one-tenth of the city's population into homicidal maniacs. Green Lantern traces the broadcast rays and follows them into Mind Games' lair. Hal destroys the machine, but Mind Games reveals he was the source of power and strikes him with a psychic attack.
