Synopsis for Superboy: "Toytown, U.S.A."
Blind boy Joie Matthew is a genius at toymaking, which genius two crooks named Cawley and Gooding are eager to exploit. They host a toy-making competition, intending to steal the inventions and patent them in their own names. But Superboy bollixes their scheme, makes sure they give Joie the $5,000 prize money as they promised, and gets him to an eye-surgeon who restores his sight. Joie also begins a toy manufacturing company, employing many Smallville children as designers.

Synopsis for Green Arrow: "The Cat and the Mouse"
A gang follows the radioed directions of their boss. Green Arrow discovers their leader observes the action from an autogyro. The leader escapes, switching to an automobile. Speedy hitches a ride on the back bumper, leaving a trail of arrows to follow. The leader is unmasked, revealing "a mere slip of a girl". Speedy objects, pointing out she slipped him a couple of hits over the head with a wrench. The Arrow team keep her mask as a trophy.
