Synopsis for "The Waters of the World!"
Aquaman comes to the rescue of an oceanographer whose findings were stolen by thieves, who believe it'd lead them to an undersea gold mine whose contents seep out and leave trace amounts of gold in all sea water. He lures them out by joining an aquarium show with the scientist hosting it announcing Aquaman's discovery of the mine's location. After the crooks take the bait, Aquaman ambushes them, gets help from some flying fish by using "telepathical language" to ask for reinforcements. Afterward he tells the criminals to let the pursuit of the gold vein go: it's five miles underwater and unreachable by man.

Synopsis for "The Dragon's Teeth!"
Professor Augustus Twill is convinced the story of Cadmus growing soldiers from dragon's teeth is true. He goes to an auction and buys a collection of fossilized teeth, hoping they'll be from dragons and so he can prove his theory. He plows a field and sows the teeth, and ancient warrior do indeed seem to rise up, but they're actually modern criminals in period costumes who'd been hiding in an underground tunnel to make it seem like Twill's wild experiment actually worked.
Meanwhile, Justin Arthur had been at the same auction as Twill, and flies in as the Shining Knight to see what's going on. One of the crooks shoots him with a silenced pistol, unhorsing him and making him fall into the tunnels. Once inside Twill's house, the "warriors" start gathering up his valuable possessions, which he dismisses as them being unfamiliar with modern customs. When they start doing the same in the house of one of Twill's wealthy neighbors, however, suddenly suits of armor on display start fighting the intruders, along with the Shining Knight himself. It turns out he regained consciousness and alerted the police, who hid in the suits of armor to spring an ambush on the disguised criminals.
