Synopsis for Aquaman: "Aquaman Goes to College!"

Aquaman enrolls at Weston College to learn more about the ocean. When one of the school's rich alumni Mr. Reed threatens to withhold donations unless the school improves its athletic programs, Aquaman joins the swim team. Aquaman triumphs at the swim meet, winning a million dollar donation from Mr. Reed. However, Reed's ship is imperiled at sea. Aquaman's fish friends alert him to the danger. Aquaman saves Mr. Reed from drowning, earning another donation for charity.

Synopsis for Green Arrow: "The Archer from the Zodiac!"

Gangster John Centaur checks his horoscope before his gang pulls a big job. The horoscope predicts failure, so Centaur chooses to stay behind, while the others commit the robbery. The job does go wrong, Green Arrow and Speedy are on hand to apprehend the gang.

Proved correct by the horoscope, Centaur embarks on a crime spree based on the astrological symbol for Sagittarius, the centaur. He pulls his first successful job when his horoscope predicts a favorable outcome. However, when he strikes again, Green Arrow has also checked the horoscope to predict Centaur's next move. Green Arrow and Speedy apprehend the crook, ending his astrological crime spree.

Synopsis for Shining Knight: "The Three Aerobateers!"

Three former fighter pilots become stunt flyers after the war. When one of the pilots, Paul, is injured in a crash, he loses his courage and is grounded.

Later a mysterious bandit makes several aerial raids in a plane resembling Paul's. The Shining Knight finds Paul's wallet at a crime scene, leading him to the three pilots.

The other two pilots begin to suspect Paul is the thief. They make a plan with Sir Justin who feigns injury during his next encounter with the thief. He finds Paul, who admits that he has simply lost his courage and is not the thief. Justin allows Paul to bring down the bandit by riding Winged Victory. In the process, Paul regains his nerve, and the real crook is exposed as Bowen, an associate of the pilot trio.

Synopsis for Johnny Quick: "The March of Crime!"

Crime boss Ticker Tock recruits sixty crooks to commit sixty robberies in sixty minutes. After the meeting, Ticker runs into Johnny Quick accidentally. Johnny hypnotizes Tock and learns the crooks' plan. Johnny then proceeds to stop every crime.

Before Johnny can complete his mission, Ticker escapes by hypnotizing Tubby. Ticker then plans a trap for Johnny. Johnny is caught inside a steel room. He creates diamonds from coal, then drills his way out. Johnny then rounds up the remaining crooks including Ticker.
