Synopsis for Superboy: "The Town That Stole Superboy"
Promoter Jeb Williams gets Smallville's neighboring town of Hadley to declare itself the real home of Superboy, sues Smallville for a million dollars for its "false" claim to be Superboy's hometown, and exploits the Boy of Steel's forced presence in Hadley, until Superboy himself straightens things out.
