Synopsis for Aquaman: "The Secret of the Super-Safe"

Finding a message in a bottle, Aquaman goes to the rescue of a Mr. Roxroyd, who claims that he lives on a lonely island. Arriving on the island, he finds a large safe, which Roxroyd wants to have sunk to the bottom of the sea 20 miles away from the island. When Aquaman asks why, Roxroyd tells him that it's his own business. Getting his octopus Topo to act as a lie detector, Aquaman learns that the task is not for a crime, and gets the aid of his undersea friends to help move the safe 20 miles out to sea. After sinking the super-safe it's soon explored by men whom Aquaman tries to stop, but while the men in the boat distract Aquaman, some divers go down and break into it, but make a getaway when Aquaman finds out what they're up to. Checking the safe he finds a bunch of broken lead plates under neath it. Aquaman then speeds to Roxroyd's island to find him making a get away in a boat. Catching him, Roxroyd reveals that he is a counterfeiter who was being blackmailed for money, and so organized the whole plot to have Aquaman to drop the "super-safe" on the lead plates destroying the evidence and getting away scott-free. When Roxroyd boats that Aquaman cannot bring the evidence to the surface because it's too heavy, Aquaman shows him his whales are bringing the safe. Roxroyd then radios the police and turns himself in. Afterwards, Aquaman shows Roxroyd that the safe is a fake and that he built it to trick Roxroyd into confessing his crimes to the authorities.

Synopsis for Green Arrow: "The Amateur Arrows"

Green Arrow has opened up the "Green Arrow Camp For Boys" in order to teach children about archery and the outdoors. When this year's visitors arrive, they all have their own original trick arrows for the Green Arrow as presents. However, Green Arrow doesn't think he'll have much use for a doughnut arrow or a peppermint stick arrow but he thanks the kids none the less.
Later, Green Arrow and Speedy are held at gun point by bandits, who tell them to throw their quivers in a nearby lake. However, Green Arrow and Speedy gain the upper hand, when they actually find a use for the trick arrows the kids made for them, disorientating the crooks long enough for them to be rounded up and arrested.
