Synopsis for "The Secret of the Mystery Legionnaire"

On the Pirate Planetoid, a planet full of criminals, a duel between young crooks Pargg and Vorm is conducted to see which one is worthy enough to infiltrate and destroy the Legion of Super-Heroes. Vorm wins when he uses a power belt given to him to slay Pargg.

On his mission, Vorm meets and impresses Star Boy with his display of "super-powers", so impressed is Star Boy that he invites Vorm to try out for Legion membership. The rest of the Legion present are equally impressed by Vorm's powers, and invite him to join the Legion under the name "Dynamo-Boy".

Having successfully infiltrated the Legion, Dynamo-Boy then succeeds in framing each of the Legion members for infractions which would lead to their expulsion from the Legion of Super-Heroes. He succeeds in all his endeavors, framing Colossal Boy of lying, tampering with video reports to make it appear as though Mon-El is a coward, and frames the rest of the Legion by making it appear as though they were tampering with a power switch device.

Having expelled all the Legion members, Dynamo-Boy appoints himself leader and begins sending out a call to other super-beings to join the Legion, hoping to recruit members that would be willing to work for the space pirates.
