Synopsis for Starman: "The Moonman's Muggs!"
After squandering his money trying to win auto and boat races, Dennis Towns announces he's traveling to the Moon. Later, a disembodied voice announces he has been killed for trespass and the Earth must atone for his crime as well. First a concert hall, then a bank, then a jewelry firm collapse. Starman researches the buildings at the library and finds they all were above a tunnel that dated back to Revolutionary War times. He captures hoodlums dressed in costumes in the tunnel, gathering up the jewels from the collapsed building. He traces the voice to a shack, discovering Towns masterminded the destruction to recoup his fortune.
