Synopsis for "Old Ties"
The circle attacks Superman.
Against his better judgement, Clark Kent goes on a ski vacation weekend with man-hungry columnist Cat Grant.
Cat gives Clark a long sob story about her divorce and about how she lost custody of her son Adam to her estranged husband, Joe Morgan.
Superman investigates her story for criminal conduct, only to learn there was plenty of blame to go around for both parties when he talks to Joe Morgan.
The conversation is cut short when superstrong villain Concussion attacks Superman and the studio.
