Synopsis for "Seed of Destruction"
At S.T.A.R Labs, Professor Emil Hamilton informs Superman the asteroid Kurtzberg-17 asteroid has broken out of Earth's orbit and is headed straight towards Metropolis. Heading off to stop it, Superman flies to the asteroid and finds a destroyed S.T.A.R. Labs satellite, which suddenly reassembles itself, forming a robot called G-7 who attacks Superman. G-7 traps Superman in a Kryptonite rock, leaving him vulnerable, until O.M.A.C., a hero from the future, arrives and frees Superman, healing him with some vita-rays provided by Brother Eye.
Together, Superman and O.M.A.C. defeat the G-7 and destroy the asteroid, but the robot's head is a bomb. O.M.A.C. takes the bomb and returns to the future, confronting Doctor Sandor Skuba, the G-7's creator. Doctor Skuba had planned to kill Superman and change the past in order to facilitate his conquest of Earth. The bomb destroys Skuba's lair and O.M.A.C. barely escapes.
O.M.A.C. and Brother Eye reflect on the eternal battle between heroes and villains, while in the present, Superman thinks about O.M.A.C. and contemplates the idea of a supersoldier being guided by a sentient satellite is not too different from the modern world.

Synopsis for "Mystery Box"
Lois barely escapes from a group of gangsters in a casino and makes her way to the airstrip, where a light plane is waiting for her. As she escapes, she drops her purse and calls Superman to retrieve something within it, something for him. It is a Valentine's gift for him. Superman has to wait until Valentine's Day to open it. As the days go by, Superman asks Batman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman what they think the mysterious gift might be. Each superhero has their own idea about what the perfect gift would be.
The big day arrives and Superman and Lois have a romantic dinner at a beach. Superman has a special gift for Lois, a watch that will help her in her journalistic work. As for the gift Lois had given to Superman, Lois says the gift is a mystery. Since Superman can see and hear almost anything in the world, Lois wanted to give Superman something that will keep intrigued forever, which is why he is not allowed to open the box. Superman laughs and replies he already has a mystery in Lois.

Synopsis for "Ghosts of Krypton"
Superman is invited to the the opening ceremony of Clavius Moonbase 13, the first public moon resort. Unfortunately, the ceremony is attacked by a Kryptonian ghost that accuses Superman of being traitor to his race. Earth was not for sanctuary, it was to conquer. The ghost attempted to arrive at Earth but he died on the Moon. The Kryptonian ghost summons an army of ghosts to attack the moon base. At first, Superman is helpless, as the ghost can punch him, but he cannot return the favor.
But Superman calms his mind and closes his mind and the ghost is unable to find him. As the ghost begs Superman not ignore him, Superman digs tunnels through the moon and finds a spacecraft with the body of the dead Kryptonian inside. Superman promises to take the dead Kryptonian home and the ghost returns to his body. As the crowd cheers, the army of ghosts disappears. Afterwards, Superman takes the dead Kryptonian and flies into space.
Superman remembers that as a boy, he was afraid of ghosts but his father told him not to fear ghosts, as they only have power when people allow them to have power. Now, as he flies through the universe, Superman finally understands what his father told him.
