Albert Einstein (14 March 1879 – 18 April 1955) was a German-born theoretical physicist and philosopher of science.
History
He developed the general theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics (alongside quantum mechanics). He is best known for his mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc². Einstein became an American citizen in 1940.
Earth-One
Shortly before the Crisis on Infinite Earths, Albert Einstein's brain was stolen by Intellex the Brain Bandit, who encased it in a robotic jar and restored it to life. Intellex attempted to use "Einbrain's" genius to capture Superman, but the disembodied organ rebelled against him and set the Man of Steel free. Superman then took Einstein's brain back to his Fortress of Solitude, where it presumably remained.[1]
