Little is known about how this version of Al Pratt differs from his New Earth counterpart, but he was a member of the Justice Society of America and remained active after the team became Justice Society Infinity, alongside his godson Nuklon. He expressed surprise at learning from Power Girl that on New Earth Nuklon had adopted the name 'Atom Smasher', and assumed this must mean that he and his godson were enemies on that world (in fact, his New Earth counterpart was long dead, but Power Girl did not inform him of this).
