Xander Griffin was secretly a Yellow Lantern on Earth.
History
Xander Griffin was a student of Kim Tran, a Green Lantern. Though he respected her, he was also envious of her great power. One day, Sinestro granted him a Yellow Lantern Ring after realizing his 'potential'. Sometime later, Griffin founded the Tression Corporation, a technology company based in Coast City where he planned on updating much of the city's neighborhoods with the "Gold Coast" project.
After Kim Tran passed, Griffin attended her funeral and befriended her grandson, Tai Pham. Originally going to pass down a Power Ring to the boy, after the two realized each other were Lanterns, they began to fight with Pham ultimately winning.
