Lex Luthor is the Earth-2 counterpart of Luthor.
History
Lex Luthor is a buisnessman and scientist and the founder of LexCorp, and left as the sole survivor of Earth-2 following an attack by Brainiac. He began working with his Earth-1 counterpart to find a way to defeat him, before eventually escaping to Earth-1 thanks to Task Force X, whose world was facing a similar invasion.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Arkhamverse video game series and is an adaptation of Lex Luthor. The original character was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and first appeared in Action Comics #23.
