History

Phosphorus was summoned by Bat-Mite to a supervillain convention. He got to chat with Cyclotronic Man before the Batman Family showed up to stop the event. Robin knocked out Phosphorus on top of a swimming pool, so the water would slow down his internal nuclear reactions.
