Alfred Pennyworth is the old butler for the Wayne family.

History

Alfred was Bruce Wayne's butler. He raised Bruce Wayne from a young age, and after Bruce left, Alfred's responsibilities went to helping the heiress to the Wayne fortune Helena Kyle.

In the very last episode, it is shown that Alfred is in contact with Bruce Wayne and he also still lives in the manor. Alfred is often seen trying to encourage Helena to move her belongings into the Manor since it is her birthright. But she refused so he does household things around the clocktower for the girls.
