Alfrood was an evil Alfred Pennyworth from the Dark Multiverse.
History
At some point in time, in the Dark Multiverse, Alfred Pennyworth went evil and came to be known as Alfrood. He also lost his right eye, forcing him to wear an eye patch.
Later, during the Batman who Laughs' invasion of Earth 0, Alfrood was recruited into the Dark Knight's army. He was one of the evil Alfreds who transplanted the deceased Batman who Laughs' brain into the Batmanhattan's dead body, giving birth to the Darkest Knight.
Alfrood and the others present at the Darkest Knight's birth pledged their allegiance to their Dark Master who killed them all in return.[1]
