Synopsis for Red, White, and Blue: "The Murder of Senator Carter"
An assassin called Mr. Glib gains the power to turn invisible, and uses it to murder some U.S. Senators, and make the crimes look like suicides. Doris West figures out what's going on, and Red Dugan, without very much help from Blooey or Whitey, fights the villain, who dies in an unexpected explosion of his own car.

Synopsis for Gary Concord, the Ultra-Man: "Stella Tor"
Stella Tor steals some of the foam, and escapes in her flying ship, but soon the Ultraman overtakes it, and destroys the vessel and its occupants, with Destroynamite. But Gary crash lands in Tor's nation, and is captured. Stella Tor's father is the monarch of this nation, and he's declaring war on the U.S.N.A.
