Synopsis for "The Wrath of Tsunami!"

Neptune Perkins and Johnny Quick are taken prisoner on a Japanese sub, as the Freedom Fighters are defeated in battle with Baron Blitzkrieg, who challenges a Miraclo-withdrawing Hourman to fight. Meanwhile, Starman, Liberty Belle and Firebrand combat Tsunami and the Japanese at Santa Barbara.
