Synopsis for El Diablo: "The Devil Has Two Faces"

Five highwaymen attack a stage coach, but El Diablo arrives on the scene and takes down three of them. But after the last two retreat, he hears someone calling for help. Diablo investigates and learns from one of the passengers that a woman aboard the coach is about to give birth, due to the excitement of the attack. Diablo finds and asks another of the passengers, Doc Anderson, if he can deliver the child, but the doctor refuses after revealing he lost his wife and child while trying to deliver that baby.

After checking on the expecting mother, asking her if she can't wait till they reach the next town, Diablo asks for the doctor, but he had run away on one of the highwaymen's horses, so the other female passenger aboard the carriage had to take up the task of delivering the baby. The child was safely born before El Diablo took the reins of the stage coach and drove it in the direction towards town. But the highwaymen had returned, forcing Diablo into action. Once the gunfire had ceased, Diablo and the woman who was with Doc Anderson find him dead before going into town where everyone is told about what happened, while El Diablo was nowhere to be seen.
