Without me, Super-Man Zero, there would be no you. Without me, there would be no superheroes at all. For I am the very beginning.

All-Yang is the twin brother and rival of I-Ching. Through various subterfuges, he guided the the New Super-Man in the hopes of making him the new emperor of China. He also used identities of two crimelords from China; Ching Lung and Fui Onyui.

All-Yang was born in Qinghal Province, China, and has an identical twin brother named I-Ching. All-Yang and I-Ching are the active incarnations of yang and yin from birth. All-Yang has been honest and obedient since childhood, while the I Ching was ignorant and violent prone to outbursts of rage. The family had no choice but to send the second twin to the temple. All-Yang was reluctant to leave his younger brother, so he begged his parents to go to the temple together.

The monks at the temple taught them qi control and various martial arts. After some success in practicing pure yang and the Book of Changes, the monks suggested that they practice some control of each other's yin and yang, respectively, in order to achieve a balance between yin and yang, but this angered All- Yang. All-Yang stubbornly believed that only Yang represented justice and strength, and Yin was only Yang's shadow, evil and weakness, so he fled the temple after arguing with monks. He has since disappeared.[1]

After Kong Kenan is accepted as his brother's disciple, All-Yang, who had been missing for a long time, suddenly appeared. He wanted to support Kong Kenan to become the ruling emperor of mankind. He sent his brother to the ghost realm, but when Kenan defeats him, he and I-Ching were trapped in the ghost realm and helped Kenan together.[2]
