History
Mama Fortuna took in many children of Gotham's poor East Side, and trained them to become petty thieves and pickpockets for her personal gain. After Mama passed, Sylvia Sinclair, herself a former member, became leader. She allied the gang with Black Mask, which led to her downfall. After Black Mask was defeated, Holly Robinson used the Kids as an information network. The team's status since her forced escape is unknown.
