History

Lightning was taken along with her brother Alexei aka Thunder. They were both experimented on activating both their metahuman powers. The twins escaped N.O.W.H.E.R.E.'s facility named the Colony along with Rose Wilson, Ridge and Beast Boy to form the new Ravagers.

• Electrokinesis: Alya can generate and control electricity.
  • Energy Absorption: By attaching her to giant electrodes, she was electrocuted until she could absorb the energy and produce it herself.
