Amazon Wonder Woman, see Paradise Island.
Amazon Island was discovered by Lance O'Casey in 1942.
History
In the Pacific Ocean, in the Tropics, in 1942, Lance O'Casey and his shipmate Mike Bellew discovered an uncharted island populated by man-hating Amazon warriors. The Amazons had sharp spears and metal helmets, and all were young and beautiful except their ugly old queen. They were served by a number of spear-wielding male slave guards.
In their brief time on the island, O'Casey and Bellew found and rescued another castaway, named Van Dyke, and also very informally placed one of the slave guards, named Ashto, onto the throne of Amazon Island, and crowned him with the Queen's own headpiece, telling him that he's now the king, then sailing away.
