Synopsis for "Chapter 2: Battle Lines"
Despite that Circe has been revealed and defeated, Hippolyta does not cease the attack. Rather, she expands the theatre, with an attack on the West Coast of the United States. During a brief cease fire, the Justice League of America decides to focus on rescue rather than attacking the Amazonians. Wonder Woman approaches the League and confirms that she stands with them. Meanwhile, Donna Troy goes to seek an audience with Hippolyta, beseeching her to stop the attack. Hippolyta declines, telling Donna to bring Wonder Woman to her. Donna agrees, but as she leaves, runs into a mysterious man in the shadows. Later, the Justice League learns that there is a third attack site, Kansas, Missouri. Superman flies off to Kansas where the Amazonians have started massive fires across nearly the entire state.
