Synopsis for "Supergirl"
Krypton, twenty years ago. Jor-El and Zor-El try to convince the Kryptonian Science Council that Brainiac is coming and there is only one way to stop her. The Council refuses to listen and both brothers are put under arrest. Seeing the Council looks forward to trial them and dump them in the Phantom Zone, they go about putting their another plan in motion: Jor will execute Red Cosmos while Zor ensures their daughters' safety.
Earth, present day. Brainiac has arrived. The Manhunters stop to fight Power Girl and Supergirl and get ready to battle Brainiac. Kara sees Brainiac's ship and yells their fathers died for nothing. And now she is the only one who can stop it.
On board of Brainiac's ship, the Coluan is about to deploy her android army.
Below on the ground, Supergirl reveals that Earth and Krypton were created by Brainiac using a massive super-computer that acted as a core gravitational force and monitored the planet's technological evolution. When the planetary civilization reaches maturity the computer calls Brainiac back to feed from their knowledge. Zor-El discovered Brainiac had annihilated the Kryptonian civilization at least once in the past and was returning. So he and his brother came up with a plan to destroy Brainiac by causing a chain reaction in the Krypton's sun. Foreseeing Brainiac's next likely target, they sent their daughters to Earth to stop him in case that they failed.
The Brainiac army descends upon Earth. Supergirl and Power Girl fight back with the assistance of the Manhunters, but they need help. Supergirl decides that she must take the fight directly to Brainiac as her cousin shuts down the core computer at the center of the Earth.
More heroes join the battle, giving Supergirl an opening to punch a hole through the Braniac's ship's hull as Power Girl heads to the planetary core. Kara knocks down Brainiac's allies with a sonic shout and engages Brainiac. However, the Coluan exposes her to Black Kryptonite to warp her mind and inject microscopic neural controllers in her body to bend her will.
Kara flies back to the battlefield and easily defeats the heroes. Right when it looks like Kara is about to kill them all, Wonder Woman arrives.
