Synopsis for Captain Marvel: "The Mystery of Jingle Jangle Jungle"
Delia Meade, daughter of a missing explorer, comes to WHIZ for help. Billy and Steamboat agree to sail with her to the area where her father disappeared. They run into a Nazi U-boat, but its crew retreat at the mere sight of Captain Marvel on the ship's deck. Suddenly their boat's dragged along by a powerful magnetic mountain, and they're swept overboard to a ship's graveyard by a whirlpool. The locals bring them before "High Mukky-Mukk," a white castaway who's used modern science to pass him off as a god to the backwards locals. Captain Marvel challenges him to prove his "divinity" with the intent of punishing him for exploiting the natives.
Eventually an unexpected revelation surfaces: "Mukky-Mukk" is actually building a school and printing textbooks to educate the island's natives, and Professor Meade is helping him. The reason he was so hostile to Marvel and the others is he thought they were there to exploit the ignorant natives.

They also have treated the local supply of War Stamps with a hypnotic agent, in the adhesive, to depress and demoralize the lickers of the stamps.
Minute Man punches a short, efficient swath thru these punks and works his way up to their boss, Herr Henkle. Synopsis for Bulletman: "The Baby Monster Mystery"
Professor Eden returns from South America with what he promises to be an amazing discovery, but some crooks overhear this, hijack the truck carrying his find and drive back to their hideout with it. What's more, when Eden was pistol-whipped by one of them, the blow to the head gave him amnesia and he doesn't remember what his great find was. Bulletman and Bulletgirl fly to Eden's house, find his journals, and are astonished to learn what he discovered. At the same time, the thieves find out too: two live dinosaurs! The crooks try to exploit their prehistoric muscle to secrete them into the "Gracy's" Monster Parade, but are eventually apprehended by the bullet-headed heroes. The dinosaurs are returned to the island where they were found, and the judge presiding over the thieves' case decides to get poetic: they'll spend 10 years taking care of the monsters.
