Synopsis for Minute Man: "The Hypnotized Town"
Called back from his new assignment as a super G-2 Army Intelligence operative, Minute Man is placed in charge of an endangered War Bond sales drive. In Singer City he finds a gang of Axis agents beating up the War Bond volunteers, to shut them down. They also have treated the local supply of War Stamps with a hypnotic agent, in the adhesive, to depress and demoralize the lickers of the stamps.
Minute Man punches a short, efficient swath thru these punks and works his way up to their boss, Herr Henkle. He frees the inventor of the Hypnogum, Professor Kent, who has also invented an antidote for it. They escape, retrieve Kent's very potent serum, pour a quart of it into the city water supply, and the city begins to return to normal.
