Andrea Gruenwald (DC Bombshells)

Andrea Gruenwald, also known as the Reaper, is a German who fled the Nazis with her family to America, under a Kane Foundation grant. After her family was killed by Nazi supporters and other antisemitic eugenicists in Gotham she became an assassin bent on killing all Nazi sympathizers in Gotham.
