Andrew Johnson was a soldier working with the black ops unit Team 7 during the 1970's.
History
Their boss Miles Craven of I.O. had them exposed to the Gen-Factor during a routine mission.[1] This caused them all to gain special abilities, and several members of the team lost their minds. Johnson went mad with power and began telepathically controlling enemies to shoot themselves in the head, while forcing them to smile. Cole Cash executed him for this inhumanity, and John Lynch was the only witness.[2]
