Aneke first started working for DC in 2018, where she worked on series like DC Comics Bombshells and Gotham City Garage. Prior to working for DC, Aneke did pencilling, inking and cover work for Dynamite Entertainment on the first volume of Legenderry: Red Sonja and third volume of Red Sonja.
