Angela Robinson (b. February 14, 1971) is a writer.

Personal History

Robinson was born in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Brown University where she majored in theatre, and later received an MFA from New York University.

Professional History

Angela Robinson is a film and television director, screenwriter and producer. She has worked on a range of shows, including The L Word, Charlie's Angels, True Blood and How to Get Away With Murder. In addition to her film and TV work, in 2009 Robinson wrote the first four issues of The Web for DC Comics.

Robinson wrote and directed the upcoming film Professor Marston & the Wonder Women, which is scheduled for release in 2017. The film centres on Wonder Woman creator William Moulton Marston and his relationship with the women in his life, wife Elizabeth Marston and lover Olive Byrne, both of whom contributed to the creation of the character.
