History

Angela was born to Celeste St. Grace, the head of G.O.O.D, and Damon Devlin, the criminal mastermind behind the Extralegal Vendors of Iniquity and Licentiousness, aka E.V.I.L.. While Angela was primarily employed by G.O.O.D, she eventually began switching allegiances between her parents' organizations.
