The Angle had a reputation for always having a unique angle which he could use to commit crimes.

History

"The Angle" contrived to make prominent citizen Darrel Dane bring suspicion on himself, and to frame Dane for some of the Angle's own crimes; however, the Angle was unaware that Dane was also the costumed hero Doll Man, who was ultimately able to bring the Angle to justice and clear his own name.
