Anthony Scarapelli was a New York City drug lord and enemy of the Vigilante.
History
Scarapelli had a knack for getting acquitted in court. This caused district attorney Adrian Chase to grow more and more agitated, culminating in a vendetta against Scarapelli. Out of anger, Scarapelli ordered a hit on him. Chase survived but his family was killed. This made him into the Vigilante, who eventually hunted down and killed Scarapelli.
