Anthony Scarapelli was a New York City drug lord, who had a knack for getting acquitted in court.
History
This tenancy caused district attorney Adrian Chase to grow more and more agitated, culminating in the DA start a vendetta against Scarapelli. Out of anger, Scarapelli ordered a hit on him. Chase survived, though his family was killed. This made him into the Vigilante, who eventually hunted down and killed Scarapelli.
