Aquaman/Green Arrow: Deep Target #4 is an issue of the series Aquaman/Green Arrow: Deep Target (Volume 1) with a cover date of March, 2022. It was published on January 25, 2022.
Synopsis for "Tabula Rasa"
Arthur and Oliver attempt to fight their way to the Scorpio base's launchpad. General Anderton realises it is only a matter of time before the heroes escape and alert the Justice League to what Scorpio have been doing. He orders Scorpio ground crews to activate the "Tabula Rasa protocol".
The heroes reach the base's hanger and steal a rocket to escape back to Earth. On the journey they discuss how they are unhappy living each other's lives: after spending a lifetime of training and struggling to gain his skills, Oliver is uncomfortable having superpowers, which he feels make heroics too easy; meanwhile, Arthur feels that without his Atlantean heritage he has lost the only connection he has to his mother.
Scorpio sattelites fire on the rocket and force them to crashland in the Atlantic Ocean. Arthur almost drowns but Oliver saves him and carries him to Amnesty Bay, only to find it inhabited by humanoid dinosaurs. They are attacked by dinosaur police officers and rescued by General Anderton, who is wielding a bow.
