Synopsis for "Lost Worlds"

Aquaman, Green Arrow and the future version of General Anderton destroy Scorpio's Cosmic Treadmill and capture the Scorpio personnel present, including the younger, pre-transformation version of General Anderton. However, they realise the timeline is still not fully restored, as the future version of General Anderton retains his dinosaur form and Arthur senses an extinct mosasaur in a nearby lake. Aquaman and Green Arrow overpower both versions of Anderton and hand them and the Scorpio technicians over to the authorities.

Oliver asks Arthur if his own memories are correct and Arthur looks back in his mind. He realises that in the altered timeline, he and his brother Orm are still friends and rule Atlantis together. He tells Oliver that everything is right and that he needs to get back to Atlantis. Oliver is a little suspicious but unworried, and gives Arthur a communicator so they can keep in touch. They go their separate ways, and Arthur tosses the communicator as soon as he is out of sight.

It is revealed that the human version of General Anderton is actually the Martian Manhunter is disguise, who uses the journey to prison to scan the minds of the Scorpio technicians and the future version of Anderton. He confirms that Anderton doesn't know why the timeline didn't return to normal. He telepathically contacts Oliver, who is taking the real Anderton to prison personally, and informs him of what he has learned. Oliver tries to call Arthur but he does not pick up.

Eight days later, Oliver attacks the Atlantean Royal Palace, demanding that Arthur come out and face him. Arthur tells that Atlantean Guard that Oliver is a threat to Atlantis and must be stopped.
