Synopsis for "Dead Sea"

After being pierced by Poseidon's trident, Arthur enters the Dead Sea, a place where all legendary mariners go once dead. There, he encounters the spirit of his dad, who tells him that Aquaman's life has not ended: he is there, together with his father, to take part in a trial. Arthur starts the trial in the form of a child, then grows up when he accepts to leave his dad. He faces several dangers, but also encounters friends and the woman he loves. In the end, Aquaman understands what answer the trial pretends: to acknowledge there's always one place a man can arrive to when he's in dire straits, and that's Hope. As the Life Force once again flows through him, Aquaman wakes up from the shot took by Poseidon, understanding the Olympian wanted to help him with his actions.
