Aquaman (Volume 9) #10 is an issue of the series Aquaman (Volume 9) with a cover date of December, 2025. It was published on October 8, 2025.

Synopsis for "Lost and Found"

The adult version of Andrina Curry swims down to a sunken pirate ship and uses magic to reanimate the skeletons of the crew. Meanwhile in Atlantis the infant version of Andy; along with Mera and Jackson Hyde, watch as Garth attempts to find a way through the magical barrier keeping Atlantis hidden from the rest of the world. After hours of trying he gives up and tells Mera he can't do it as he doesn't understand the magic, which he describes as "all knots and chaos". Mera realises that the dimensional shift Atlantis has been subjected to is similar to the one around her homeland Xebel. She asks Garth to send her to Xebel, from which she can make her way back to Earth and contact Arthur.

Elsewhere Aquaman floats in the ocean, his connection to The Blue allowing him to "listen" to the water and sense everything that is happening in it. Arion, Vivienne and Captain Nemo watch him from the nearby Nautilus and Nemo asks why they are even there as Aquaman's godlike power means that he doesn't need their help. Arion replies that with everything he has lost recently they are the closest thing to family he has left, and Vivienne realises that Arion is worried Arthur may be consumed by the power if he is left alone. Arthur senses a disturbance in the ocean off the shore of Coast City: the pirate ship has risen to the surface and is now attacking the coastguard.

Arion teleports the Nautilus to their location and Aquaman and Vivienne leap aboard while he goes to defend the coastguard ship. They find that the skeletons are immune to physical damage, but Arion can undo the spell that animates them. Aquaman summons up a typhoon that blows most of the pirates towards Arion and he destroys them, but some manage to avoid it and sail the ship onto land. They fly the ship into the city and the captain leads two men off the ship while the others battle Justice League Blue.

The captain and his two mates dig up a treasure chest in the middle of a road, and as soon as they have it Andrina appears and destroys them. As the captain crumbles to dust, she tells him that his death is a gift as he will avoid the storms ahead. She slips away with the treasure chest as the ship disappears. Aquaman, Arion and Vivienne find the pit and the captain's bones. They wonder what killed the pirates again and what they were digging for.

  • The ending implies that this story takes place before the DC K.O. event, which occurs in the summer of 2025. However, children are dressed up for Halloween, which is a continuity error.
