Synopsis for "All Points"

The Aquaman Family put their plan to stop the sleepers into action, but Black Manta goes rogue and tries to kill Scavenger rather than merely track him as was his assigned task. The two villains brawl, teleporting to the locations of the others as they fight. They eventually crash into the broadcast tower Mera and Jackson have built in the ocean and knock the Orichalcum trident off the tower, shutting off the deactivation signal.

Jackson grabs the trident and carries it to the top of the tower himself. Mera sends the signal and Jackson is blasted by the tower's energy. The tower explodes and the others lose contact with Jackson and Mera. All the sleepers around the world deactivate, except for Bob Moss. Two hours after the deactivation signal is sent, Bob sneaks into Atlantis and enters the council chamber. He tells the Atlantean Council that he realises it is them, not the people, who have forgotten the surface's crimes against Atlantis and sets off a suicide bomb.
