Synopsis for "Moments of Silence"
With the Atlantean sleepers deactivated the Aquaman Family get to work dealing with the aftermath. Arthur gives Mera control of the vault full of weapons which General Mako showed him all those years ago. Mera is still upset with him for keeping the vault and the sleepers a secret, but he has to leave to respond to a Justice League emergency, promising that they will talk more when he gets back. Mera finds a gauntlet among the contents of the vault, which allows her to use her hydrokinesis to heal people.
Jackson, Black Manta and the Manta Men clear up the rubble of the council chamber and rescue Atlantean civilians trapped below. Manta apologises to Jackson for never being to be a father to him and attempts to reach out to his son. Garth and Tula fight off an incursion of Trench taking advantage of the chaos and are revealed to be in a relationship.
Meanwhile on the surface the world's governments debate a response to the terrorist attacks. However, just as the surface is about to agree to a retaliatory strike on Atlantis, they receive news that the Justice League are missing, presumed dead. The news that Aquaman is dead is broadcast to Atlantis. The entire city, including Orm, mourns for him. Jackson leaves his dinner date with Ha'Wea and goes to the Curry Lighthouse to comfort Mera.
