"Ares" was a U.S. soldier selected to be one of the first three prototypes for Luthorcorp's Project Ares.

History

On a test run, he went rogue and killed the scientists conducting the test.

He was later confronted by and fought Green Arrow's team, in Utah. Unable to get through his force field by other means, Green Arrow was forced to kill him with a mini nuke.
