In 1951, Argo was the scene of a desperate rescue, by the Blackhawk Squadron, of a group of world statesmen, scientists, and industrialists, from a ring of assassins.

History

Argo was the site of the International Exposition. During this event, an electronic engineer named Dr. Trojan was kidnapped, and a group of the world's most notable statesmen and scientists and industrialists were attacked, by a ring of foreign assassins. The endangered dignitaries included the Minister of Defense of Akenbourg, the President of Sumeria, and Mr. Tropp, the owner of the Mala Chemical Works.

A timely intervention by some guests of the Exposition, the famous Blackhawk Squadron, resulted in the arrests of most of the assassins and the deaths of the rest.

  • Dr. Trojan's project combined the principles of television and radar, to detect invaders in coastal areas. A prototype was demonstrated at the International Exposition.
