Arisia was a member of the Green Lantern Corps.

History

Arisia was a young and therefore enthusiastic Green Lantern. The Guardians of the Universe ordered all 3600 Green Lanterns, except Hal Jordan who was incapable of leaving Earth, to intervene during New God war. At first, they only tried to prevent collateral damage on bordering New God space, but their efforts were futile. Despite their philosophy to not get involved in the war, the Guardians saw it necessary to take sides and tackle the source of the conflict, Darkseid of Apokolips. When war broke out, the Green Lanterns were fully authorized to use lethal force against their enemies. Together, the entire Green Lantern Corps, with the newly recruited Big Barda, defeated Darkseid and his Omega Doom device. Arisia was eager to tell Hal Jordan the whole story of the New Gods war as soon as they reunited, but Katma Tui stopped her, saying it was a story for another time.
