Arizona is a young artist who became friends with Selina Kyle after moving to Gotham City.
History
Selina took her in when she seemed lost getting off the plane from Flagstaff. Arizona lives with Selina rent-free, as she reminds Selina of Holly Robinson. Eventually Selina would reveal to Arizona that she is actually Catwoman.[1]
