Arkady Duvall was a son of Ra's al Ghul in the 19th Century.
History
Arkady was born as the son of Ra's al Ghul and half-brother of Talia al Ghul. He was probably initiated in the League of Assassins at some point in his life, where Ra's saw that his son could not replace the leadership of the league.
After completing his studies in Heidelberg and proving himself as a skilled fencer despite his visible scar and mental instability, Arkady Duvall embarked on a journey to the Americas. Seeking new challenges and opportunities, he arrived on the East Coast, where his reckless nature soon led him into trouble. During his time there, Arkady committed a heinous act against a young woman, an event that would haunt him and set the authorities on his trail.
Aware of the consequences of his actions, Arkady fled westward, hoping to escape his past and reconnect with his father, Ra's al Ghul, who was overseeing the construction of the Phoenix, a massive project in Devil's Hole. This project was crucial to Ra's long-term plans for the League of Shadows, and Arkady was eager to prove his worth by contributing to its completion.
However, the authorities had not forgotten his crimes on the East Coast. They placed a $200 bounty on Arkady's head, a significant sum at the time, attracting the attention of bounty hunters across the country. Among those who took up the challenge was Jonah Hex, a formidable and relentless bounty hunter with a reputation for always getting his man.
Jonah Hex, a former Confederate soldier turned bounty hunter, accepted the assignment, intrigued by the challenge Arkady presented. Hex's skill in tracking and his determination made him a feared adversary, and he set out on Arkady's trail with unwavering resolve.
As Hex closed in on his quarry, Arkady found himself constantly on the move, trying to stay one step ahead. The pursuit took them through treacherous landscapes and dangerous encounters, each moment bringing Arkady closer to a final confrontation with the relentless bounty hunter. In this high-stakes game of cat and mouse, Arkady's cunning and Hex's unyielding pursuit would ultimately determine their fates.
