Earth-D is one of the many realities in the Multiverse.
History
At some point in the past, Tanaka Rei became the superhero known as the Flash. Some time later, the speedster formed the Justice Alliance, along with many other superheroes of this reality, which began defending the Earth.
At the beginning of the Crisis, the Anti-Monitor sent his enforcer Outkast, who was the Antimatter Universe counterpart of Nash Wells/Pariah, to this universe along with his Shadow Demons in order to destroy the universe: the evil army attacked the city of Moscow in Russia but was rapidly confronted by the Justice Alliance.
Meanwhile, the Monitor's resistence team from Earth-1 traveled to this universe in order to defeat and capture Outkast. Many heroes, including Barry Allen/Flash, Sara Lance/White Canary and Nyssa al Ghul, began teaming up with the Justice Alliance against the supervillains.
During the clash, Outkast surprised Flash with a deadly energy beam but his former sidekick Wally West/Kid Flash was able to save him by jumping in front of the attack which seemingly left him dead: an enraged Barry single-handedly defeated Outkast but the Ray and Batwoman managed to stop him from murdering the antimatter villain; Pariah then captured his counterpart so that the group left Earth-D and imprisoned Outkast in their base.[1]
Later that day, Earth-D and his residents were annihilated by the antimatter wave that the Anti-Monitor had previously unleashed on the Multiverse.[2] After the Spectre and the Paragons rebooted the Multiverse, Earth-D was restored to the existence along with the other destroyed realities.[3]
