Art Pinajian (b. March 28, 1914 – d.August 19, 1999) was a writer.
Professional History
Art Pinajian was a Golden Age comic strip artist. He created books for Quality Comics and Fox Features Syndicate, with heroes: Invisible Hood, Inspector Bancroft and Madame Fatal.
After WWII, he left the comic book industry, and used the GI Bill to pay for his art education and pursue life as a fine artist. Sadly, he sold few canvases during his lifetime. Though he died in 1999, a trove of neglected art was found in his New York home when it was being sold.
